POP-UP AT THURSDAYS DOWNTOWN MARKET

A weekly summer staple of downtown Rochester, Thursdays Downtown combines arts, music, food, and a vendor market into one free community-uniting, block-party-style event. This season, Threshold Arts will host a vendor booth to highlight our member artists and welcome weekly guest artists to sell alongside Threshold Arts staff and volunteers.

Threshold will provide a branded 10 x 10’ tent and tables. We will bring a small selection of inventory from the artists in our storefront and assist in staffing the booth, but the majority of the space will be dedicated to our pop-up artist. 

Artist responsibilities:

  • Promote participation in Thursdays Downtown with Threshold Arts

  • Share Threshold Arts promotional information at the booth

  • Handle all load-in, set-up, and load-out of personal inventory at appointed times 

  • Provide display fixtures and packaging for personal inventory

  • Manage sales of personal inventory on your own POS device

  • Assist with sales of Threshold inventory using the provided POS device

Artists should complete the form below to select dates you are interested in. Each date is split into two shifts an with time for transition between artists. Artists may select both shifts to participate in a full day if desired. Dates will be assigned on a first-come, first-serve basis, and multiple shifts will be given to artists based on availability.

This opportunity is free of charge for Threshold Arts members. Non-members may apply to participate and, if dates are available, will be charged a $75 booth fee per date.
