Gregory Johnson

I am a product designer,  ceramicist, illustrator and printmaker.  I’ve been on a decades long journey that has taken me around the world more than once and on that road what has influenced me most is  the art and traditions of so many unique places and cultures.  More importantly,  what has influenced me and my art the most is that something that interests or touches us artistically does not have to be grand and overworked.  Simplicity, intentionality, and the composition of everyday things and moments I feel are the most powerful. There is so much inspiration around all of us and I hope my work conveys the passion and appreciation for the little things in life that catch my interests along the way.
